ORIGIN:
The vineyards are in the common one of Controguerra to approximately 280 meters s.l.m.

SUBSOIL COMPOSITION:
Land of medium paste tending to the argillaceous one.

GRAPE VARIETALS:
Trebbiano d’Abruzzo, Passerina, Garganega and Riesling.

TRAINING TECHNIQUE:
A part of the systems is raised to stretches some with 1.100 stocks for hectare and the other it is raised to controspalliera with 2.200 stocks for hectare.

TIME OF HARVESTING and VINIFICATION:
The grapes generally come collections to leave from the fine August until the first decade of september, to second climatic dell’andamento and of the specific variety; as an example, between the varieties that compose the Nicolino, the riesling it is before to being collection. Product in small autoclavi with a slow fermentation, with the same cure that normally is classified only to the sparkling wines of greater quality. For elegance of the characters the Nicolino is more close to a “classico-cremant” rather than to the name and address of sparkling wines.

STYLE:
Color: pale yellow with glares verdant.
Scent: delicately yielded, flowers white men, coolness.
Taste: of material delicate, fresh, mousse fine and persistent, the most fine bollicine.

SERVING:
Optimal with appetizers, all the plates made up of fish and delicate meats. And advisable also like aperitif.
